Return Eligibility

  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must be in original condition and packaging

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Call (888) 508-5873 or email support@unitedautoparts.org for return authorization
  2. Receive RMA Number: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging or equivalent protective materials
  4. Ship Back: Send to the address provided with your RMA number

Refund Process

  • Inspection upon receipt (1-2 business days)
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Refund appears in 2-3 business days
  • Email confirmation sent when refund is issued

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Part: We cover return shipping
  • Changed Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping
